Your roof takes more UV, more rain and more salt than any other part of your property, and it’s the one surface you never see. By the time a Sydney roof looks bad from the street, the coating has usually been failing for years. Roof spray painting restores the look and, more importantly, seals the surface against water ingress and further deterioration.

1. Full inspection. We get on the roof — not just look from the ground. We photograph broken tiles, failed pointing, rusted valleys, blocked gutters and any structural concerns, and you see those photos before you commit to anything.
2. High pressure clean. Every roof gets a thorough high pressure wash to strip moss, lichen, dirt and loose oxidised coating. Gutters and downpipes are cleared of the debris afterwards — a step some operators skip and leave you to discover.
3. Repairs. Broken and slipped tiles replaced. Rusted valley irons and flashings addressed.
4. Repointing and rebedding. Ridge capping is repointed with flexible pointing compound, and rebedded where the mortar bed has failed. This is the single most important structural part of a tile roof restoration — and it’s where the cheap quotes cut corners.
5. Sealing and priming. Concrete and terracotta tiles are porous once the factory glaze has weathered off. A penetrating sealer binds the surface and stops the topcoat soaking straight in. Metal roofs get an appropriate etch or rust-inhibitive primer.
6. Spray application. Two full coats of roof-grade membrane, sprayed for even film build across every tile face, valley and edge — including the overlaps a roller physically can’t reach.
7. Final clean. Overspray checked, gutters flushed, site cleared.
